Coursework of 4 classes, of 3 hours each

This coursework is specifically designed for those individuals who feel to be great chefs and for whom it is fun to cook and entertain those who are closest.
The coursework program is designed in 4 classes with recipes that are renewed monthly. Participants will learn each day to prepare an entrée, a main dish and a dessert of international cuisine. This way, each week students will be able to try out in their own homes, when they entertain, the success of their recipes.
The classes have a maximum of 12 students and the execution of the recipes is divided among them. At the end of the class, there will be a tasting of the prepared dishes, followed by a discussion of varying the dish with a selection of ingredients available according to season.
The classes have a duration of 3 hours. Upon arrival, students will be given the recipes to prepare that day, and in the classrooms, they will receive the apron, knives, ingredients and kitchen implements necessary to prepare the dishes. There will be also a staff member who will provide assistance to students in maintaining order and cleanliness in the classroom.
